AEMAI operates in wholesale / B2B mode. We ship directly from our warehouse in Yiwu, China. Retail single-item ordering is not currently available.

• Shipping is calculated per order based on destination, weight, and order volume — quoted individually and added to your invoice.
• No free-shipping threshold applies — there is no retail free-shipping promotion at this time.
• No overseas warehouses — all orders ship from our factory in Yiwu, China, with full tracking.
• Estimated delivery: 7-15 business days to the Middle East, Europe, and the US via express lines.
• For a shipping quote, submit an inquiry on the wholesale inquiry page — our B2B team replies within 24 hours.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Egypt, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, and the United States.

Processing & Delivery Times

• Order processing: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
• Estimated delivery: 10–25 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to customs clearance. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
