How to Pair Earbuds to iPhone
- Take both earbuds out of the charging case — they enter pairing mode automatically.
- On your iPhone, open Settings → Bluetooth.
- Make sure Bluetooth is on, then wait for your earbuds to appear under "Other Devices".
- Tap the earbuds name to connect. You will see "Connected" when pairing succeeds.
How to Pair Earbuds to Android
- Remove both earbuds from the case.
- On your phone, open Settings → Connections → Bluetooth.
- Tap "Scan" or wait for new devices to appear.
- Tap your earbuds to pair. Grant the audio/media permission if prompted.
If They Will Not Pair
- Make sure both earbuds are out of the case and powered on.
- Put the earbuds back in the case, close it, wait 10 seconds, then retry.
- Reset pairing by holding the touch area for 10 seconds until the LED flashes.
- On your phone, "Forget" the old device entry before retrying.
